Welcome to Lauren Gore Associates (LGA)
A premium training programme based in Essex for aspiring dancers with a passion for Tap and Commercial dance.
LGA offers elite, industry standard training in tap and commercial technique and choreography, performance skills, industry mentorship and guidance and guest workshops. The programme is designed to empower each dancer through personalised mentoring, clear goal setting, and regular progress tracking and run's alongside your usual weekly classes and happens on one Sunday a month.
Under the guidance of Lauren Gore, who holds strong industry connections with top UK agencies and training institutions, students receive expert advice and support to transition into further education in the performing arts or professional work.
This advanced level programme is ideal for dedicated dancers aged 10+ who are serious about building a future in the tap and commercial dance industry.
THE PROGRAMME

BASED IN ESSEX
Expressions Theatre Arts, 969-973 London Rd, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 3LB.

DESIGNED FOR ASPIRING 10+ YEAR OLDS
The programme is split into ability groups.

A 10 MONTH PROGRAMME RUNNING FROM SEPTEMBER - JUNE, ON ONE SUNDAY A MONTH
3 hours of training per session, split into 1.5 hours on each subject. Focusing on technique and performance.

GAIN INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE TAUGHT BY LEADING PRO'S
Hand selected professionals alongside Lauren will teach the classes.

I have always been passionate about nurturing dancers in both Tap and Commercial dance. In today’s industry, I believe these styles complement each other perfectly, yet I’m noticing a real gap in training that combines the two. Tap is often seen as an outdated discipline in many training programmes, but I believe that by integrating Tap and Commercial dance, we can create a more dynamic, versatile, and relevant foundation for dancers.
